Hana has worked exclusively in family law since 2018, assisting on a number of trials in the Family Court during her time at boutique law firms, and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in April 2023. She started with Klimek & Wijay as an Associate in April 2026.
Hana advises and represents clients on all matters of family law and places a focus on resolving parenting, divorce and financial matters as efficiently as possible, to help navigate parties through what is often an incredibly stressful time in their life.
Hana has a particular interest in complex areas of family law and advises on child support matters and overseas maintenance liability matters in the Family Court, care and protection proceedings in the Children’s Court and restraining order matters in the Magistrates Court.
Hana has previously practiced as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, chairing mediations in respect of both parenting and financial matters.
Hana is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia, the Law Society of Western Australia, and the Resolution Institute.
